To complete the reservation, the guest is required to pay 25% of the total amount of the stay in advance. The amount of the deposit cannot be less than one day’s rent. The reservation is considered invalid when the deposit is not paid within the agreed period.
Cancellation policy
If cancelled 14 days prior to arrival the deposit is refundable within 10 days.
If cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
In case of an early departure, the client is obliged to pay 50% of the remaining days in addition to the days stayed.
No-show policy
In case of a no-show, while a deposit has been paid, the room remains at the client’s disposal until the next day at 12.00 noon. If the client does not show up, compensation equal to 50 % of the total cost of the stay will be charged.
